As project manager, Jonathan’s areas of responsibility include: (1) recruitment and management of longitudinal research participants (>1,500 participants) and research sites (>400 schools); (2) direct supervision, hiring, and training of local and remote staff; (3) management of grant-related human resources, procurement, travel, security clearances, and human subjects consent compliance; (4) management of scheduling appointments with research participants, teachers, and school leaders (>2,000 appointments per year); (5) serving as the primary database manager for multiple principal investigators at FCRR; and (6) preparing data reports, conducting initial analyses and quality checks, and providing complete datasets to investigators and collaborators.

Jonathan received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Florida State University in 2011 and is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology degree.

His professional service includes Executive Council appointments from the respective Deans of the FSU College of Fine Arts and FSU College of Music.  Additionally, he serves on the FCRR Specialized Faculty Promotion Committee as well as the Friend’s Board of the Leon County Public Library and mentors undergraduate students with an interest in Research as Overall Program Advisor for the Garnet and Gold Scholar Society.
