Jose Manuel Cruz-Torres is a Support Specialist for the FCRR Help Desk that currently provides support to the Florida state-wide Voluntary Prekindergarten assessments. Jose Manuel received a B.A. in Editing, Writing and Media from Florida State University in 2015. He has worked at the Florida Center for Reading Research since 2015.
