Dr. Jenny Root, Associate Professor of Special Education at Florida State University, is an Affiliate Faculty of FCRR. Dr. Root's research focuses on teaching meaningful academic skills to students with autism and intellectual disability and supporting their teachers to implement evidence-based practices. She has expertise in single-case research designs, mixed methods, research-practice partnerships, and doctoral student development.
