Dinara Ibrayeva
Dinara is a Ph.D. student at Florida State University (FSU) in International and Multicultural Education and holds an MSc in Educational Leadership from Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan, specializing in Higher Education. Previously, Dinara worked in Academic and Student Affairs at the School of Engineering and Digital Sciences at Nazarbayev University, overseeing admissions, international collaborations, and student success. Noteworthy awards include the Kazakhstan Government's "Bolashak" scholarship and FSU's "McDonald Fellowship" award. Outside of her academic pursuits, Dinara is actively involved in professional associations, serving as a committee member of the Kazakhstan Association of PhDs in North America and an executive member of FSU's Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies student organization.
